Botanica Gaia Creator Program — Terms

Creator Program — Commercial Terms. Effective September 29, 2026. Join by application or direct invitation, with manual approval by Botanica Gaia. Participation begins after you accept your confirmed Shopify Collabs offer.

One 10% discount, never two: the creator offer is an alternative to WELCOME10, not an extra discount. Customers use either an eligible creator code or the welcome code; they do not receive 10% plus 10%. Each offer retains its own eligibility rules.

1. Participation

Applications are open through our Shopify Collabs application page; our team may also invite creators directly. Participation starts only after Botanica Gaia approves the creator and the creator accepts the confirmed Shopify Collabs offer. An application or a conversation does not create an entitlement to commission, free products or a content fee.

2. Eligible products and sales

The current selection is available in Creator Program — Eligible Products.

The eligible families are essential oils, carrier oils, botanical absolutes, CO₂ extracts and blends included in the confirmed offer. Creators may choose any qualifying material within those families; a fixed shortlist is not required.

Starter kits, incense resins, botanical infusions, macerations and other excluded preparations do not qualify. Prepared carrier blends, Monoi and enfleurage products are excluded from the current offer. A distilled essential oil or extract obtained from resin is not automatically an excluded incense resin.

Collection membership alone does not guarantee eligibility, because the same collection may contain both eligible and excluded products. The confirmed invitation and configured product scope govern both discount and commission. Newly added blends must be included in that scope before promotion.

Gift cards, services, taxes, shipping, refunded items and products outside the offer do not earn commission. Special wholesale or negotiated-price orders are excluded unless specifically approved in writing before promotion.

3. Commission

The commission rate is 8% of the eligible product subtotal after discounts. Attribution is determined by Shopify Collabs using the assigned link or code and the store’s 90-day link attribution window. Tracking limitations may affect attribution. There is no lifetime customer commission guarantee.

A returning customer's order can earn commission when Collabs attributes that order to the creator and it otherwise qualifies. A later order that is not attributed to the creator does not automatically earn commission. A discount's usage limit does not by itself limit commission to the customer's first order.

4. Audience discount

The offer is 10% off eligible products on a one-time purchase, with a minimum eligible purchase of $35 USD, limited to one use per customer. It cannot be combined with welcome codes, product discounts, order discounts or shipping discount codes. This is not a promise that the offer is restricted to new customers only.

Your invitation and the checkout eligibility rules state the exact product selection and offer restrictions. Do not advertise a code before it is activated or imply that it applies to the entire catalog.

5. Review and payment

Commissions are subject to a 30-day review period and the Shopify Collabs payment process. Canceled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders may be excluded or adjusted, including for partial refunds. The review period is not a promise of payment exactly 30 days after a sale. Creators must complete the platform's required payout setup, and payment is subject to its schedule and minimum payout threshold.

6. Promotion rules

Use honest, original content and make the affiliate relationship clear near the recommendation. Disclose gifted products where applicable. No self-referrals, spam, coupon-site submissions, trademark bidding, brand impersonation or misleading product claims. Paid advertising, giveaways or further incentives require prior written agreement.

7. Content and samples

Creators retain ownership of their original content. Botanica Gaia receives no automatic right to reuse it in advertising; usage rights and any paid content deliverables require a separate written agreement. Samples and gifts are optional and must be agreed individually.

8. Changes and ending participation

Botanica Gaia may update or end future participation with notice. Any change should state its effective date. Eligible commissions already earned will be reviewed under the applicable offer and Shopify Collabs records; ending participation does not itself cancel valid accrued commissions.
