One 10% discount, never two: the creator offer is an alternative to WELCOME10, not an extra discount. Customers use either an eligible creator code or the welcome code; they do not receive 10% plus 10%. Each offer retains its own eligibility rules.

Our creator program is for people who teach, explore and create with botanical ingredients. If your work focuses on perfumery, formulation or botanical crafts, we would love to discover what you make.
The offer
- 8% commission on eligible product sales attributed to your personal Shopify Collabs link or code, calculated after discounts.
- 10% off for your audience on eligible products, once per customer, with a $35 USD minimum eligible purchase. The offer cannot be combined with welcome codes or other discounts.
- A personal referral link and code, plus sales and commission tracking in Shopify Collabs.
- Product information and a creator guide to help you plan useful, honest content.
Join by application or direct invitation, with approval by Botanica Gaia. Accept your confirmed Shopify Collabs offer before promotion begins. Samples or paid content fees are not automatically included.
Who we want to work with
Perfumers, formulation educators, botanical ingredient enthusiasts and makers with an engaged audience. We care about clear explanations, original work and a good fit with the people who use our materials.
How the program works
- Apply through Shopify Collabs with your social profiles, audience and content idea, or respond to a direct invitation from our team.
- Our team reviews each application. Approved creators receive a Shopify Collabs offer; after accepting it, they can use their assigned link and code and choose eligible materials that fit their audience.
- Creators share useful content with a clear affiliate disclosure and their personal link or code.
- Eligible commissions are reviewed and paid through Shopify Collabs, subject to the program rules and platform payout schedule.

Choose any eligible essential oil, carrier oil, botanical absolute, CO₂ extract or blend that fits your audience. There is no requirement to promote a starter kit or a fixed shortlist.
Excluded: starter kits, incense resins, botanical infusions and macerations, and other preparations outside the confirmed offer. Essential oils and extracts made from resin are not excluded merely because “resin” appears in their name. Prepared carrier blends, Monoi and enfleurage products are excluded from the current offer.
The collections are browsing routes and may also contain excluded products. The confirmed Collabs offer determines which products earn commission and qualify for the discount. Blends will be available as they are added to the dedicated collection and included in the offer; there are no blends listed there yet.
