This is a small batch from an artisanal distillation of Lippia alba, where leaves and flower buds were used to extract its rare essential oil. Its leaves have multiple healing properties: antispasmodic, carminative, digestive, diuretic, expectorant, laxative, sedative, somnolent, sudorific, antimicrobial, antioxidant, antiulcer and anticonvulsant. Its essential oil is rich in carvone, piperitone, tagetenone and citral. Native to the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. Very useful for cleaning environments and disinfecting them, this plant has been found to be very effective in the fight against the Helicobacter Pyloris virus. However, the essential oil should not be ingested, since it is very concentrated, however it is very useful to create surface disinfectant sprays or use in a diffuser to clean a room with bad odors or stuffy atmospheres.
