Essential oil distilled from the berries of the laurel plant. Not to be confused with the carrier oil extracted from the seeds.
Bay berry essential oil has a deep, warm, and spicy aroma, with sweet and slightly fruity notes that distinguish it from oil extracted from the leaves. Its olfactory profile is complex, with a resinous base and nuances reminiscent of pepper and clove.
Color and Texture:
It is usually golden yellow to amber in color, with a thicker texture than the leaf essential oil.
