Boswellia Frereana oil has a fresh, relaxing, deep, woody, resinous and clean forest aroma. Considered sacred since ancient times, the aroma of frerean resin helps in meditation, relaxation, induces rest and levels the internal emotional vibration.

This Frankincense oil is an artisan distillation, made in the United States with Boswellia Frereana resin, from Somalia. Due to how difficult it is to find unadulterated essential oil on the market today, from the Boswellia Frereana resin, this oil is a batch, which distills from the Boswellia Frereana resin. Most of the Frankincense Frereana oil I have found on the market is mixed with Linalol, Benzyl Benzoate or whatever unscrupulous vendors have on hand. Many of the oils that I offer in the store are distillations or artisan extractions, carried out by me, with material from sustainable crops and small family businesses.

Resins are currently in great demand in the world market, and in many places where they are native, no more Boswellias trees are being planted, each year more trees are lost than are planted, with this panorama it is necessary to encourage the cultivation of Boswellias. Currently I have several trees planted over a year old in USDA zone 9b, although Boswellia prefer zone 10 and up, I will see in the future what type of resin it gives and what quality.

The resins from the different types of Boswellias are rich in Boswellic acids, which is a powerful anti-inflammatory and in the relief or cure of diseases that until now were considered intractable, such as eczema, psoriasis, ulcerative colitis, asthma, arthritis, encephalitis, etc. For more information consult PubMed and the various studies that are currently being carried out related to boswellic acids.
