Botanica Gaia Creator Guide
Your guide to creating with Botanica Gaia. Choose the eligible materials that suit your audience. After approval, accept your Shopify Collabs offer and use your assigned link or code before promoting the offer.
One 10% discount, never two: the creator offer is an alternative to WELCOME10, not an extra discount. Customers use either an eligible creator code or the welcome code; they do not receive 10% plus 10%. Each offer retains its own eligibility rules.

Choose the materials that fit your audience
Browse all eligible products to see the current program selection.
Choose any eligible essential oil, carrier oil, botanical absolute, CO₂ extract or blend that fits your audience. There is no requirement to promote a starter kit or a fixed shortlist.
Excluded: starter kits, incense resins, botanical infusions and macerations, and other preparations outside the confirmed offer. Essential oils and extracts made from resin are not excluded merely because “resin” appears in their name. Prepared carrier blends, Monoi and enfleurage products are excluded from the current offer.
The collections are browsing routes and may also contain excluded products. The confirmed Collabs offer determines which products earn commission and qualify for the discount. Blends will be available as they are added to the dedicated collection and included in the offer; there are no blends listed there yet.

Your offer
Earn 8% on eligible attributed product sales after discounts. Your audience gets 10% off eligible products, once per customer, with a $35 USD minimum eligible purchase and without combining other discounts. An existing customer may be eligible if they have not used the offer: “once per customer” does not mean “first order only”.
For example, an eligible $100 product subtotal becomes $90 after the discount and earns $7.20 commission. Taxes, shipping, refunds and ineligible items do not earn commission under the program terms.
Your creator workspace
After accepting an invitation, use Shopify Collabs to access the offer, personal referral link or code, and available sales and commission information. Keep the tracking information in your personal link intact. Do not substitute the general collection links above for your assigned affiliate link.
A simple content sequence
- Introduce the material: show the exact product, explain why you chose it and describe your own experience.
- Teach one useful detail: demonstrate a process suited to that product and your expertise. Check the product information before filming.
- Invite a next step: share your personal referral link or code and state the offer conditions clearly.
Example disclosure and caption
Affiliate disclosure: “I earn a commission if you buy through my link or code.” Place it where people will notice it alongside the recommendation.
Caption starter: “A closer look at [eligible product you chose]: [your genuine observation]. I’m using it for [project]. My Botanica Gaia code [your assigned code] gives 10% off eligible products, once per customer. $35 USD minimum eligible purchase. Cannot be combined with other discounts. I earn a commission on qualifying purchases.”
Replace every bracketed item before posting. Only describe products you have actually evaluated. Disclose gifted products if applicable.
Product information and assets
Use the current product page to verify the botanical name, format, size and intended application. Our dilution calculator is an educational reference; it does not establish whether a formula is suitable for a particular use. Ask our team for approved product photos before reusing brand assets. No asset license or product sample is included automatically.
Use your own photos and footage where possible. Avoid unsupported medical, safety, sustainability, origin or certification claims. Do not describe botanical ingredients as safe for ingestion or undiluted skin use unless that specific use is supported by the product instructions.
Before sharing
- Choose your products from the eligible families and confirm that they are included in your Collabs offer. Do not promote excluded preparations or a blend that has not been added to the offer yet.
- Test your personal link and the displayed discount after activation.
- Include a clear affiliate disclosure.
- Use current prices and availability; avoid promising stock or delivery dates.
- Contact Botanica Gaia through the contact page if a product detail or offer condition is unclear.
