-Respiratory system: Bronchitis (rubbing the chest) throat conditions (in the form of gargles). Expectorant.

-Relieves headache. Earache. Relieves toothaches (rub the part of the affected gum with a finger soaked in diluted oil).

- Strengthens the immune system.

-Stress: excellent relaxant. Eliminates fatigue and mental exhaustion. Insomnia and neuronal disorders. Relaxing body, stressed muscles. Relieves painful inflammations.

-Respiratory problems: To clean the nostrils. Coughs, colds, bronchitis, asthma, sinusitis and tuberculosis.

-Digestive system: Indigestion, hiccups, dizziness and flatulence. This is once again due to the potent effects of eugenol.

-Circulatory system: eugenol increases metabolism, blood circulation and reduces body temperature. It helps in the circulatory problems of diabetics.

-Nausea: Nausea and vomiting.

-Blood purification: Reduces blood toxicity and stimulates antioxidant activity.

-Cholera: Clove oil is believed to be useful for the treatment of cholera.

-Skin care: Clove oil is often added to cosmetic lotions and creams, and is commonly known as a good massage oil that provides relief from pain and stress.

-Insect repellent: a few drops on the sheets at night to keep bugs away or put a few drops in a diffuser.

Since eugenol (a main part of clove essential oil) is not very common, some people may encounter violent allergies when too much is used at one time. Use small amounts of the essential oil if you have never used it before. Pregnant women and those who are breastfeeding should not use clove oil. Do not take any oils internally and do not apply undiluted essential oils, onto the skin without advanced essential oil knowledge or consultation from a qualified aromatherapy practitioner.
