Psoralea Corylifolia also known as Cullen Corylifolium is widely used in Ayurvedic medicine for its multiple properties. Depending on which part of the plant is used, different properties are obtained. An extract is obtained from the seeds that works better than the retinol usually found on the market, which can be aggressive with the skin when used for a long time, despite its anti-acne and anti-ging properties, this is due to the process and some chemical raw materials that are used for its manufacture.

The alternative to chemical retinol is the Psoralea or Bakuchiol seed extract, since it is 100% natural, it does not contain any chemicals, this specific extract has been extracted using the CO2 method, which is harmless and the most organic available at the present. Bakuchiol extract is very rich in antiaging, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, making it ideal for use in skin care products. And it is a 100% natural alternative to retinol since it has a very similar genetic expression.

Different studies show that it is a powerful ally against photoaging, repairing photodamage, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles and the severity of acne. It has applications against psoriasis by normalizing the activity of keranic cells and in pigment disorders by inhibiting melanogenisis.

Its use is recommended at 2%, that is, in 98 milligrams of cream, serum or lotion, add 2 milliliters of Bakuchiol.
