Originally from the cold, humid and maritime climates of the Pacific area of ​​North America. Picea sitchensis grows in areas that have humidity all year round, they are usually found wild from the Kodiak Islands to Alaska.

It has a fresh, earthy, slightly camphorous, full-bodied pine aroma.

Like all conifer essential oils, they tend to be relaxing, refreshing, calming, help clean the air and promote healthy respiratory tracts. Giving a fresh forest aroma.

Its major constituents are Beta Myrcene, Beta Phelandrene, and Piperitone. And to a lesser extent Alpha Pinene and Camphor, which gives it its slightly camphorous aroma.
