This very rare to find essential oil, is a small batch artisan distillation made from the bark of the Uncaria Tomentosa.

Uncaria tomentosa, popularly called cat's claw, is a climbing, woody-looking plant of the Rubiaceae family native to the jungles of South America, where for almost 2,000 years it has been used for medicinal purposes.

Relieves the pain of rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis, and has diuretic properties. Very useful to add to ointments and creams.

Very useful essential oil to add to hand creams, since it repairs extra dry, flaky, opaque and rough skin. Keeps the skin supple and with the natural hydration balance.
Dosage:
Maximum 4% in creams, lotions and ointments. Combines well with Arnica, Calendula and Mentha Piperita.

Properties on the hair:
Repairs, hydrates and nourishes intensely. Prevents split ends, gives a lot of shine and leaves hair with more volume. In addition, it protects and cares for the color of dyed hair and acts against thermal heat. Controls frizz and has an instant ultra-detangling effect.
