Premium quality Sambac Jasmine Absolute. A unique, perfect, very tenacious aroma, it starts with a green, fruity-floral note and becomes sweet like honey in the dry down. An incredible jasmine.
The Jasminum Sambac is a variety of Jasmine with a more herbal and spicy smell than the jasmin grandiflorum which is the common jasmine. It is widely used in perfumery to create high quality perfumes. The flower of this jasmine is the most used for jasmine tea for all its medicinal properties. From this flower it has been possible to isolate the jasmintides peptide, very rich in cysteine. The main components of the oil are Alkaloids (inc. jasmine), volatile oils (includes benzyl alcohol, linalool and linyl acetate) and salicylic acid. It has aphrodisiac, astringent, nervous relaxant, sedative, mild analgesic, galactagogue, antidepressant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, uterine tonic and labor stimulant properties. Stimulates collagen synthesis favoring healing. In aromatherapy it has been shown to increase blood oxygen saturation, respiratory rate and blood pressure; As well as helping to improve attention and behavioral subjective stimulation, that is, individuals are more energetic, less sleepy and less anxious, it also reduces anxiety about eating sweets.
