This is an artisan oil distilled from White Spruce needles, from the northern area of Arizona.
Originally the White Spruce is from northern North America, the boreal forests and Alaska. Later it has spread to different states in the United States where there are enough winters to be cold enough. It is considered one of the conifers most resistant to low temperatures.
As an essential oil it has purifying and stimulating properties. When diluted with a carrier oil, it can be used for massages to relieve tired muscles. It is very good for respiratory problems, since it has decongestant and expectorant properties. Widely used in saunas. It has antimicrobial, antibactericidal, antifungal and antiviral properties.
Stimulates creativity and inspiration, helps keep the mind awake and active. Nourishes the skin and calms the senses.
In perfumery it is very useful as a top note in men's perfumery, it provides a very fresh and woody aroma.
Not for use during pregnancy, with the elderly, infants, or if epileptic. Possible skin irritant in some individuals; dilute well.
