How to prepare Musrat tincture:
The most common proportion that gives the most balanced aroma is the 10% tincture or 10:90. That is, 10 grams of Musrat paste and 90 grams of alcohol. It should be put in a container of at least 150 grams, to leave space for the tincture to condensate. It should be left to rest in a warm place, and shake daily, for at least 6 weeks, although the perfect time is 1 year for the tincture to reach all its aromatic splendor.
This is the most balanced proportion, but other proportions can be used, depending on the aroma you want to achieve.
If you want to get an absolute, after at least 6 months of curing this tincture, you should put it in a low dish and cover it very well with a cloth and let the alcohol evaporate little by little, once the alcohol has evaporated. completely, what remains is the absolute.
What alcohol to use? You can use 95% Everclear alcohol, odorless and colorless. You can also use Organic Perfumery Alcohol.
