Guava seed oil is obtained from the seeds of the tropical fruit Psidium guava. It is a light, dry, and quickly absorbed oil with a mild, fruity aroma of ripe guavas. Its color is typically pale gold, and its non-greasy texture makes it ideal for facial and body care. It has a comedogenic index of 0.
Properties. Rich in nutrients:
-Essential fatty acids: Mainly linoleic acid (omega 6), oleic acid (omega 9), and smaller amounts of palmitic and stearic acids.
