Mango Seed Oil is obtained by distilling the oil from the kernel of the Mangifera indica fruit. Unlike cold-pressed mango butter, this version produces a lighter, deodorized, and more stable oil with a smoother texture and longer shelf life. Through fractional distillation, heavier waxes and impurities are removed, leaving behind a highly purified lipid fraction rich in oleic acid, stearic acid, and natural antioxidants. This makes it especially suitable for cosmetic formulations where a non-greasy finish and high oxidative stability are required.
