The comodogenic index is a scale from 0 to 5, with 3 being the limit
for an oil to be non-comedogenic, meaning it does not clog pores. Oils that are on the comodogenic level scale of 4 and 5 refer to oils that clog pores, and although they are not recommended for face care products, they are highly recommended for use in formulations for the care of dry, calloused and cracked hands, very dry and cracked feet and heels, very dry lips and eye contours with a tendency to dryness.

Comodogenic index:
-Comedogenic level 0: it is non-comedogenic and does not cause pore obstruction.
-Comedogenic level 1: there is a small possibility (very low) that the ingredient is comedogenic and can clog pores.
-Comedogenic Level 2: In most cases, they will not clog pores. The chance that they can clog pores is moderate to low.
-Comedogenic Level 3: They have a medium chance of clogging pores, depending especially on skin type.
-Comedogenic Level 4: The chance that they will clog pores, regardless of skin type, is quite high.
-Comedogenic Level 5: They tend, in almost all cases, to clog skin pores. In fact, very few people tolerate the oils found here.
