Norway pine is part of the Pinaceae family. "Pinus", a name of Greek origin, refers to pine. A tree distinguished by its longevity: some reach the age of 500 years. They are planted from Newfoundland to Manitoba, and as far south as Pennsylvania. Recent studies have found that this pine is unique in its kind, they are genetically different from all pine species in the rest of the country. It has a woody aroma that smells like pine sap.
Very rich in terpenes, this essential oil is a lung decongestant, antiseptic and expectorant.
It is used in sports massage before the effort because it warms the muscle.
Not to be confused with turpentine or cocophony, which is the essential oil distilled from the needles of maritime pine or Pinus Prunatris. T
The essential oil stimulates and sharpens the senses, strengthens when tired, and helps with stress and bad moods. Perfume the whole house used in diffuser.
