Lemon CO₂ Extract is a vibrant citrus aromatic obtained from the peel of Citrus limon using supercritical CO₂ extraction. This modern extraction method captures the bright, juicy, zesty character of lemon peel with a fresh, sparkling aroma that is more rounded and full-bodied than many conventional citrus essential oils.
Its scent is crisp, clean, uplifting, and instantly recognizable: fresh lemon zest, juicy citrus peel, green brightness, soft sweetness, and a delicate fruity sharpness. In natural perfumery, Lemon CO₂ Extract is ideal for adding a radiant top note to citrus colognes, herbal blends, floral accords, tea-inspired perfumes, spa aromatics, and clean botanical compositions.
In cosmetic formulations, Lemon CO₂ Extract may be used in very low amounts for its aromatic profile and botanical character. It is especially suited for body oils, balms, soaps, perfumes, diffuser blends, and fresh aromatic skincare concepts.
