White Sage, native to the arid areas of the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. Considered by the native Americans to be one of the most important sacred plants.
Widely used for its cleaning and grounding properties.
With its dry leaves a bunch known as Smudging is made, which is used to clean and purify environments, people and objects. This is an ancient practice, widely used by Native Americans.
The essential oil contained in the leaves has multiple properties, including relief from headaches, colds, digestive problems, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral.
The aroma of White Sage helps calm the mind and spirit, reduce anxiety, ground and promote a sense of well-being.
Numerous studies have been done with white sage and its properties. And it has been discovered to have improvement properties with cognitive disorders and impairments.

-Camphor: 10–15 %
-α-Pinene: 8–12 %
-Borneol: 5–10 %
-Camphene, β-Pinene, Limonene, Myrcene: traces
Not for use during pregnancy, with the elderly, infants, or if epileptic. Possible skin irritant in some individuals; dilute well.
